Your Road to Recovery Starts Here
Every big decision in life produces a certain amount of anxiety. The decision to seek treatment can be especially overwhelming. Even after you’ve made it, the fear of the unknown may cause you to question yourself. That’s only natural.
That’s also why we’re here: to make that first step as easy as possible. We’ll walk you through the process, answer your questions, check with your insurance provider and help you breathe a whole lot easier.
It all begins with a free, confidential assessment. This allows us to gather the information needed to make an informed recommendation about the type of treatment that best fits your situation.
We’re available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. When you call, you’ll be greeted by a compassionate intake specialist who will assess your unique situation, access your records and answer all your questions about admission, types of treatment, payment options and more.
It’s the first step on the road to recovery, and we’re here to take it with you.
*Before your appointment, it’s helpful if you can fill out our Patient Demographic form. We’ll also have copies available at your appointment.

Paying For Treatment
When you or someone you love needs treatment, wandering through a maze of health insurance terminology, options and fine print is the last thing you need. Here at Valley Hospital, we won’t leave you wandering through that maze alone. Our admissions team is here to check your benefits, help you understand the coverage available and get you the treatment you need. We accept a wide variety of insurance plans, and because coverage is a process, we work tirelessly with in-network providers throughout treatment, giving you the freedom to focus on your health and healing.
What to Bring
When preparing for treatment, it’s helpful to know what to expect, and part of that is knowing what to bring with you. To de-stress the packing process, we’ve made a quick packing list that also makes you aware of prohibited items that you’ll need to leave at home. Review the What to Bring list, pack accordingly, and you’ll be ready to go.
